The Operations Manager - Multi Site is responsible management of a variety of production facilities located in the central and southern areas of Florida.
This manager will oversee all plants with overall responsibility for P&L, hiring, training , and coach employees. Trainemployees in Kaizen and lean processes and conducts Kaizen events as needed.
Requirements:
Degree
5 years manufacturing leadership experience
Kaizen and Lean experience
Inventory control systems experience
Microsoft Dynamics
