Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a mid-level leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of front-office and call center teams while driving clinical workflow improvements across the health clinic. This position reports to the Director of Operations and plays a key role in translating organizational strategy into frontline execution. This role ensures efficient use of electronic systems, supports staff training and performance, and leverages data to enhance patient experience, operational compliance, and care delivery. Acting as a bridge between administrative and clinical teams, the manager plays a key role in aligning operational excellence with quality patient outcomes.
