We are hiring an Operations Manager to help oversee daily operations, field teams, logistics, and project support across commercial facilities and job sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with experience in operations, construction support, logistics, facilities, warehouse operations, move management, or field supervision. You do not need corporate executive-level experience for this role.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, good with people, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee day-to-day operations across active projects and customer accounts
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, vendors, deliveries, and field activities
• Communicate with customers, crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Help ensure projects and service work stay on schedule and run smoothly
• Support workplace moves, logistics, warehouse coordination, furniture installation, and facility-related services
• Conduct occasional site visits and operational walkthroughs
• Assist with staffing coordination and field team support
• Track project updates, service requests, and operational reports
• Help maintain safety standards and professional job site operations
• Identify and help solve operational issues as they arise
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities, construction support, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
• Comfortable working with both office staff and field personnel
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
• Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
• Experience with commercial construction, furniture installation, relocations, warehousing, or facilities maintenance
• OSHA certification or general job site safety knowledge
• Experience coordinating subcontractors or field crews
• Experience using scheduling or workflow software
