Help us execute our lifesaving mission, and continue onward and upward!Now hiring an operations manager for our new inpatient extended care rehab facility opening in Norfolk, VA!What You'll Do• Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, techsupport, inventory, storage etc.)• Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance• Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors• Provide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportationcoordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)• Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessaryWhat We're Looking For• High School Diploma/ GED• Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)• Valid driver's license• Acute observational and communicational skills• Ability to collaborate and multitask• Strong responsibility and accountabilityWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued, and excellence isconstantly pursued.
