The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of manufacturing and operational activities for the Cryo-Mach business, reporting to the General Manager.
They are responsible for establishing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, procurement, and lean objectives, leading and supervising a team of hourly staff.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations management, with expertise in lean production, quality systems, inventory control, procurement, and EHS.
Key duties involve improving operational processes, managing budgets, setting performance standards, supporting sales and planning processes, negotiating with suppliers, fostering continuous improvement, ensuring product quality and timely delivery, and developing safety policies.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication skills, and systems experience (Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP). Limited travel is expected.
Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
