The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing procurement,
production, logistics, and safety in a project‑driven manufacturing
environment. This role ensures on‑time, on‑budget delivery of complex
systems while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers with high‑quality,
critical process systems used in regulated environments.
Description
- Lead daily operations across production and supply chain functions
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and throughput
- Ensure fabrication meets engineering and quality standards
- Manage production capacity, workflow, and resource allocation
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontracted services
- Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery
- Ensure timely material availability for project execution
- Collaborate with Project Management on scheduling and execution
- Partner with Engineering on manufacturability and optimization
- Improve cross‑functional communication and workflows
- Promote and enforce strong safety and compliance standards
- Conduct safety audits, training, and regulatory compliance reviews
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams
- Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks

Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- BS in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in manufacturing or operations leadership
- Experience in regulated or pharma environments preferred
- Background in fabrication, logistics, and supply chain
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Experience working with engineering and PM teams
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Familiarity with GMP and quality standards a plus
- Lean or continuous improvement experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
