The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the company operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. This individual will oversee operational processes, manage resources and staff, improve productivity, and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced in the electrical industry, with a strong ability to lead teams and optimize workflows.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality performance.
- Analyze current processes and implement operational improvements that reduce costs and streamline workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate operational data, and provide reports to leadership.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and procurement activities while maintaining budget compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop employees to foster accountability, teamwork, and high morale.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to support company goals, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, leadership, or a related role.
- Strong background and hands-on experience in the electrical field is required.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
