? $90,000–$120,000 + 30% cash/equity bonus

What You’ll Do


As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day hauling operations while developing your leadership team and driving performance across safety, service, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


+ Lead and supervise drivers and frontline supervisors in daily collection operations

+ Monitor routes and staffing; adjust resources in real time to meet service demands

+ Partner with the District Manager on budgeting and P&L performance

+ Coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of frontline leaders

+ Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices

+ Handle and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency

+ Oversee environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory compliance

+ Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals

+ Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset


What We’re Looking For


+ 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, people-heavy environment

+ Proven ability to manage large, hourly teams and shifting priorities

+ Experience with operations, logistics, or field-based teams

+ Exposure to budgeting or P&L management

+ Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills

+ Proficient in Excel and business systems

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities
