Operations Manager

Payrate: $46.00 - $46.32/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams
• Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
• Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance drive data driven decisions
• Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.

 
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Either Claude, Gemini, or Cline) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of retail operations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $46.00 - $46.32 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
