Responsibilities:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred, or two to five years of relevant experience and/or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
This position involves supervising approximately 40 employees within a bulk terminal railcar unloading and ship loading operation. The role provides overall leadership, coordination, and performance evaluation while carrying out supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
