Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee office operations, field personnel, and administrative functions for a fast-paced service and installation organization. This role is responsible for creating structure, improving operational efficiency, managing team performance, and ensuring consistent execution across departments.
The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who thinks strategically, builds effective systems, holds teams accountable, and is comfortable making decisions in a high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall office operations and performance.
Manage field technicians, installers, office support staff, and warehouse personnel.
Develop, implement, and improve operational systems and workflows.
Ensure proper and consistent use of CRM and operational software across departments.
Coordinate activities between sales, operations, and warehouse teams.
Address high-level customer concerns and escalations.
Oversee payroll processes and incentive structures.
Monitor performance metrics, job flow, and operational results.
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
Lead weekly leadership and operations meetings.
Partner with operations leadership to ensure effective day-to-day execution.
Maintain organized, consistent, and accountable business processes.
Support long-term organizational growth through improved systems and structure.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office, operations, or management leadership.
Proven ability to manage teams and hold employees accountable.
Strong operational and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive results.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience in home services, construction, installation, or a related industry preferred.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/field-service management software preferred.
