Operations Manager

HR Additions is hiring for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead operations in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for operational performance, client satisfaction, workforce management, safety, compliance, and financial success. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, develop client relationships, solve operational challenges, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational activities within the St. Louis market.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and workforce engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a senior point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety, security, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor operational metrics, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Respond effectively to operational disruptions, staffing challenges, and client concerns.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 2+ years of progressive management experience leading teams and operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call situations as needed.
• Military leadership, Aviation, airport operations, transportation, security, law enforcement, or emergency management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
