QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of hotel management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience across multiple hotel departments strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
  • A hospitality degree is preferred but not required
  • Hilton brand experience is a plus

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this Operations Manager role, you are the heartbeat of daily hotel operations. You move seamlessly between departments, supporting the front desk, checking room quality, assisting with events, and ensuring every corner of the hotel reflects Hilton standards. You lead by example, motivating your team while conducting inspections, coordinating schedules, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. From handling guest concerns with care to collaborating with department leaders on improvements, you ensure every experience is smooth, every team member is supported, and every guest leaves impressed.


This is a full-time position requiring 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. You must be available to work morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays, with on-call availability as needed.
