ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA manufactures specialized, high-precision parts and assemblies for a variety of industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and packaging.  ZELTWANGER is an innovative, expanding group of companies with an excellent name in the fields of manufacturing services, automation, robotics, material handling, and leak testing.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager with prior management experience.


What you will do:

  • Communicate and implement the strategic direction of the organization’s operations division.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations, projects, and systems.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Ensure that organizational decisions such as those for staffing, development, production, and facilities are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision.
  • Establish and support organizational policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent execution.
  • Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
  • Establish and administer the organization’s budget.
  • Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the Managing Director and other leadership.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the field.
  • Identify training needs and ensure proper training is developed and provided.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other industry-related field required.
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in management required.
