As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams, and help drive operational excellence across our business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building efficient processes, developing teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate has a background in warehouse, e-commerce, fulfillment, or operational leadership and is comfortable managing managers, teams, and multiple priorities.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, leading managers and team members, improving processes, and ensuring operational goals are achieved. This individual will provide leadership across multiple areas of the business, including inventory, fulfillment, product flow, and e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, identify opportunities for improvement, and create accountability across teams.
Experience with eBay, Whatnot, e-commerce operations, inventory management, or online sales platforms is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure teams are meeting productivity, quality, and performance expectations
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and operational team members
- Establish accountability and performance expectations across operational teams
- Manage workflow, priorities, and processes to ensure efficient day-to-day execution
- Partner with leadership to identify operational challenges and implement solutions
- Improve operational processes, procedures, and systems to support growth
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure inventory, product handling, fulfillment, and operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Support e-commerce operations, including online marketplace workflows and product lifecycle management
- Collaborate with teams supporting eBay, Whatnot, and other sales channels
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure teams have the tools, resources, and training needed for success
- Manage escalations and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Support hiring, training, and development of operational staff

Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations, warehouse, fulfillment, or related management experience
- Experience managing managers, supervisors, or larger operational teams
- Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, or fulfillment environments preferred
- Experience improving processes and operational workflows
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or digital sales operations preferred
- Experience with eBay, Whatnot, or similar platforms is a plus
