Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for two Operations Manager opportunities with manufacturing companies in the Upstate. One position is within a precision machine shop environment, and the other is with a metals manufacturing operation. Both roles require strong machining knowledge and experience leading manufacturing teams.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience leading manufacturing or plant operations teams.

• Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and production processes.

• Previous responsibility for machine maintenance, equipment reliability, and downtime reduction.

• A track record of improving productivity, quality, and operational performance.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
