Operations Manager – Specialty Cleaning Services

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our carpet cleaning, window washing, and hard-surface floor care operations. This position is ideal for someone who understands professional cleaning services, knows how to lead and hold crews accountable, and is highly organized when it comes to scheduling, equipment, and company vehicles.
