Job Summary:
Provides overall leadership and management of the contracted effort while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders and overseeing contract performance and resource management.
Essential Duties:
- Acts as the overall lead for the contracted effort
- Acts as manager for the contracted effort
- Acts as administrator for the contracted effort
- Serves as the primary interface with Government program authorities
- Serves as the primary point of contact on technical issues
- Serves as the primary point of contact on program and project issues
- Oversees contractor execution of contract requirements
- Manages acquisition of program and project resources
- Manages employment of program and project resources
Education:
Experience:
- More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
- Desired: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Ability to lead and manage contract efforts
- Ability to oversee contract performance
- Ability tointerface withGovernment personnel
- Ability to manage personnel and resources
- Ability to address technical and programmatic issues
