SPIROL is a leading manufacturer of precision metal components supporting the aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial markets. Our Stow, Ohio facility features a clean, climate controlled manufacturing environment and is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and drive performance across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Customer Service operations.
What You'll Do
• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple functional areas within the facility
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Oversee production scheduling, inventory planning, material management, shipping, and capacity planning
• Ensure customer expectations for quality, delivery, and service are consistently exceeded
• Provide leadership and support for engineering, maintenance, quality, and customer service teams
• Support operating and preventative maintenance programs, facility management, and regulatory compliance efforts
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to support customer requirements and business growth initiatives
• Participate in high level customer discussions and operational planning activities
• Develop and motivate teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in operations or manufacturing leadership
• Background in metal component or product based manufacturing environments
• Aerospace, defense, and/or automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience leading operations within a facility of 50–200 employees preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Technical Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
