The Operations Manager is responsible for all supply operations under this effort and must have at least five years of supervisory experience combined with a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Directing and managing all areas of supply and services within the EAGLE contract.

  • Oversight on accountability of all assigned property (GFE, CAP, etc.).

  • Complete and comprehensive knowledge of property book, supply, and equipment management processes and related regulations.

  • Exercise analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis and recommend process enhancements/improvements.

  • Utilize comprehensive communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and work instructions.

  • Extensive operational knowledge, skills and abilities to manage and utilize automated supply system STAMIS.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of supervisory experience in supply management or warehouse operations, including oversight of personnel, workflow, and mission execution.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures, including Army supply, storage, subsistence, and equipment management requirements.

  • Proficiency in standard office software, including spreadsheets, communication tools and enterprise systems that support daily operational workflows.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, brief stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

  • Able to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project or financial management within operational or supply-chain environments.

  • Military experience in logistics, supply, or readiness roles is highly desirable.

  • Project management experience preferred, including timeline and resource coordination.

  • Experience with federal or DoD supply, property accountability, or contracting environments.

  • Experience supporting PAAT mission requirements or other Army audit‑readiness programs.

  • Experience conducting causative research, inventory discrepancy resolution, identifying process improvements, and performance analysis.

  • High School Degree or GED.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement preferred.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $80,000 / Annually.
