    Job Description

    The Operations Manager is responsible for all supply operations under this effort and must have at least five years of supervisory experience combined with a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures.


    Responsibilities


    + Directing and managing all areas of supply and services within the EAGLE contract.

    + Oversight on accountability of all assigned property (GFE, CAP, etc.).

    + Complete and comprehensive knowledge of property book, supply, and equipment management processes and related regulations.

    + Exercise analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis and recommend process enhancements/improvements.

    + Utilize comprehensive communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and work instructions.

    + Extensive operational knowledge, skills and abilities to manage and utilize automated supply system STAMIS.


    Qualifications


    + 5 years of supervisory experience in supply management or warehouse operations, including oversight of personnel, workflow, and mission execution.

    + Comprehensive knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, and procedures, including Army supply, storage, subsistence, and equipment management requirements.

    + Proficiency in standard office software, including spreadsheets, communication tools and enterprise systems that support daily operational workflows.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, brief stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

    + Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

    + Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

    + Able to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).


    Desired Qualifications:


    + 10+ years of progressive experience in project or financial management within operational or supply-chain environments.

    + Military experience in logistics, supply, or readiness roles is highly desirable.

    + Project management experience preferred, including timeline and resource coordination.

    + Experience with federal or DoD supply, property accountability, or contracting environments.

    + Experience supporting PAAT mission requirements or other Army audit‑readiness programs.

    + Experience conducting causative research, inventory discrepancy resolution, identifying process improvements, and performance analysis.

    + High School Degree or GED.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement preferred.


    Pay & Benefits:


    + $80,000 / Annually.
