As we continue expanding across Arizona, we're investing in strong leadership, innovative systems, and exceptional client service. We're looking for an Operations Manager who can help lead our Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations while supporting our continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily TPA operations while leading multiple teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the TPA team, including Account Managers, Program Coordinators, and Administrative staff.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee Drug Free Workplace Programs, Background Screening, Fingerprinting, Employee Training, and DOT Compliance services.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and expand existing business relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new products, services, and operational strategies.
- Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and help achieve company revenue goals.
- Utilize technology and AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Hours & Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday (schedule to be discussed during the interview)

Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management, customer service, office coordination, and account management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Familiarity with FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- Experience in Drug and Alcohol Testing or Third-Party Administration (TPA).
- Experience managing teams of two or more employees.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and customer service.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
