Nonprofits First is seeking a detail‑driven Operations Manager to oversee internal operations and support our mission of strengthening nonprofits across Palm Beach County-all while enjoying a 32‑hour workweek with full benefits.
This role reports directly to the President & CEO and serves as the backbone of the organization, coordinating administrative systems, programs, IT, policies, and cross‑team operations in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative leadership across the organization
- Support CEO, board, and committee activities
- Manage internal systems, policies, records, and reporting
- Handle administrative components of the capacity-building program
- Oversee IT coordination, vendors, revenue‑share partnerships, and office operations
- Support agency Accreditation efforts and major events
Qualifications
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 3years of administrative/operations experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Nonprofit experience preferred
