Key duties involve managing club follow-ups, executing procedures, assisting with club operations, handling deposits, inventory, product orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The position requires responding quickly to emergencies, driving retail sales, and building professional relationships with members and staff.
Expectations include maintaining professionalism, supporting club goals, fostering team spirit, addressing member inquiries, and participating in social and fitness activities.
Job requirements: availability on weekends, evenings, holidays; experience in customer service and cash handling; ability to stand long periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and communicate effectively.
