About the Role:

As a CBRE Operations Management Sr. Coordinator supporting the Portfolio Technology team within the BOE group, you will be a contributor to our team supporting day-to-day operations, process execution, and team coordination.

This position serves as support across a variety of internal tools, systems, and workflows, helping to ensure efficiency, organization, and data integrity across the team. The role requires an organized and proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

This job is part of the Operations Management job function and is responsible for coordinating staff functions and operational activities that support the organization's goals and strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as an operations support partner to the Portfolio Technology team, managing incoming requests, tracking work, and ensuring timely resolution across internal tools and processes.
  • Coordinate resource planning activities, including maintaining updates in eRS and supporting team reporting and alignment through Microsoft Teams and related systems.
  • Maintain and update project and operational data within systems such as Dynamics, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support sales and client coordination, including assisting with Salesforce CRM updates and managing Teams-based client channels.
  • Administer Microsoft Teams environments, including access requests and content organization.
  • Maintain team distribution lists and shared resources.
  • Audit and maintain documentation, including communications, playbooks, and case study materials.
  • Assist in developing training content for internal tools and processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including training and archival processes.
  • Coordinate meetings and support team engagement activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and independently complete assigned projects.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to Salesforce, eRS, Dynamics, or SharePoint is a plus but not required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Ops Mgmt Sr. Coordinator is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Ops Mgmt Sr. Coordinator is $61,500 annually [or $29.57 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
