Introduction

The Associate Production Planner is an integral part of the operations team, responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process for multiple brand channels. This role involves article creation, purchase order maintenance, issue resolution, and delivery tracking, while ensuring effective cross-functional communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Experience with SAP and Mainframe systems
• Experience in production planning or supply chain management

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage purchase orders and amendments
• Track and report on order status, delivery, and liabilities
• Coordinate with offshore teams for data entry and issue resolution
• Manage communication and dispute resolution with regional partners
• Support capacity planning and production scheduling
