Work Schedule: The first 30 days will be onsite, then moves to hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations & Power Platform Analyst to drive process improvement initiatives and develop innovative automation solutions across the organization. This role combines operational excellence, business process optimization, and Microsoft Power Platform development to streamline workflows, improve controls, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall user experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Improvement
Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
Partner with business stakeholders to document business requirements, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort, strengthening controls, and enhancing user experiences.
Develop, maintain, and monitor operational metrics, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
Recommend and implement solutions that drive measurable operational improvements.
Power Platform Development
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven applications) to support business operations.
Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approvals, notifications, and business processes.
Integrate applications with enterprise data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and other platforms.
Develop forms, screens, business rules, workflow logic, and notifications to support operational needs.
Ensure data quality through validation controls, exception handling, and governance requirements.
Solution Delivery & Governance
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution demonstrations.
Create and maintain solution architecture documentation, business requirements, process flows, and support procedures.
Ensure all solutions align with enterprise governance, security, risk, and compliance standards.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support to drive adoption and effective usage.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
2+ years of experience in Operations, Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or related disciplines.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience building and supporting Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and enterprise data integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Financial Services, Regulatory Operations, Information Management, Risk, Compliance, or Enterprise Content Management environments.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Familiarity with Power Fx, APIs, and custom connectors.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Relevant certifications such as:

Lean Six Sigma
PMP
Agile/Scrum Certifications
