Job Summary:
The Operations Process Engineer will drive process improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste and costs, improve equipment performance, and support a safe manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve machine uptime, speed, and scrap performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and CI teams to resolve production challenges.
Analyze manufacturing processes and optimize workflow.
Support equipment modifications and productivity initiatives.
Troubleshoot process, equipment, and operational issues.
Education & Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of engineering or technical experience.
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and develop reports and procedures.
AutoCAD and electrical controls knowledge preferred.

Requires standing and walking in various environments.
Must be capable of operating standard office equipment such as a computer, copier, mail machine, printer, fax, and various other pieces of office equipment.
Must be capable of regularly lifting and /or moving up to 10 pounds; frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to fly both domestically and internationally and able to obtain a valid passport.
Must be able to drive long distances if required in an automobile or other mode of transportation.
