We are seeking an experienced Operations & Process Manager to improve internal processes, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports company scalability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize business processes across departments
Develop and implement operational policies and best practices
Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives
Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects and internal workflows
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or project management
Experience working in a growing or multi-department organization
