Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Program Manager to support content partner onboarding and operations for a large-scale streaming platform.
This role sits at the intersection of partner onboarding, program management, technical operations, and product support. You will manage end-to-end onboarding projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, help partners resolve technical and operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and tools.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can take ownership of complex projects, escalations, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects, including non-standard situations and escalations.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for partners experiencing issues with content pipelines, metadata, feeds, or payments.
- Participate in partner calls and explain technical integration requirements, content ingestion workflows, metadata requirements, and self-service platform capabilities.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and external partners to keep onboarding projects on track.
- Work with partners and internal teams across international marketplaces and multiple locales.
- Track engineering tickets, provide development teams with clear issue context and reproduction information, and drive resolution timelines.
- Identify recurring partner issues and translate them into tooling and product feature requirements.
- Build reporting mechanisms to track onboarding progress, partner health, and issue trends.
- Support international expansion by coordinating requirements around payment setup, metadata localization, rights verification, and QA.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce partner time-to-live and repeat issues.
- Manage recurring partner meetings, document open issues, and coordinate follow-ups through resolution.
- Communicate program status, risks, blockers, and trade-offs to senior leadership through clear written updates.
Must-Have Skills- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with content operations, partner onboarding, platform enablement, or similar operational programs at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Product, Business Development, and external partners.
- Strong project tracking, issue management, escalation, and follow-through skills.
- Some level of technical understanding/technical ability, particularly around platforms, integrations, feeds, metadata, or content workflows.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
