Operations Program Manager

Location: Cupertino, CA Hybrid Work Schedule

Introduction

The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager launches products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. This role is pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of products. A successful candidate is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized, and detail-oriented; excels in program/project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, this role leads within worldwide Audio Operations and collaborates with the core product development team and other functional organizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven
• Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationships to influence cross-functional teams
• MS or MBA Degree
• 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Product/Program Management
• Prior work experience in the industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with new product introductions
• Experience in managing communications within an organization
• Experience in influencing product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps
• Drive ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations, and OEM teams
• Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams
