Operations Project Manager

For our site in Modiin, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager.

Join us in leading meaningful projects in the UAV domain - from production through customer delivery. You will be part of a team driving complex operational processes at the heart of the defense industry, with direct impact on the success of critical programs and systems delivered from the production line.

In this role you will

Lead production and delivery projects for aerospace systems

Take end-to-end responsibility for meeting customer delivery plans

Lead the operational IPT team and manage the work plan to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets

Manage the transition process from development to production (NPI)

Work with subcontractors and manage complex operational interfaces

Serve as a key focal point between the Program Manager, Technical Manager, and all operational stakeholders involved in the program

Requirements

Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering and Management

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and transfer from development to production

Experience working with PLM and ERP systems, budget control tools, MS Project, and risk management methodologies

High level of English

Technical understanding and experience in UAVs or aerospace systems - Advantage

Previous project management experience - Advantage

Ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, proactive mindset, and ability to drive cross-functional teams
