The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Operations Manager, Global Philanthropy for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in North Chicago, IL (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows:
Contract of 1-year, with extensions and/or potential to convert to FTE.
Pay range is $50-60/hr.
Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite/week - flexible.
Job Description:
The Operations Manager for the Global Philanthropy team is responsible for maximizing the impact of the Client Foundation for patients, communities, and our employees. This person will lead our metrics, data, and insights across the function, serve as the investigation lead for employee inquiries for employee engagement programs, coordinate with individuals across the function and lead operations. Additionally, the role will serve as the processing hub for grants from end to end including disaster relief and community grants. The Operations Manager is critical to the Global Philanthropy function operating successfully and efficiently. This role will have significant employee, team, and community impact in the quest to help individuals live their healthiest lives. The Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Global Philanthropy and will be part of the broader Corporate Responsibility & Global Philanthropy organization.

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
