Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Operations Representative in Green Bay to work with owner-operators to ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Representative will execute daily operational processes that ensure high-quality service is delivered and act as a liaison between owner-operators and internal departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with owner-operators.
  • Resolve problems involving customer service, internal departments and external vendors.
  • Identify areas of improvement with owner-operators and communicate those opportunities.
  • Match available capacity to customer delivery needs.
  • Use planning processes and decision-making tools to develop optimal plans.

Skills and qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
