Benefits & Compensation: 401(k) Matching Health Insurance: Medical, Vision, and Dental Paid Time Off: Vacation, Sick, and Holidays On-site Amenities: Gym, Pool, Game Rooms, etc. Team Building Employee Discount Employee Referral Coffee and Snacks $85384-95384 Job Duties: Collaborate with other departments to identify operational issues, including marketing processes, purchasing, logistics optimization, and customer satisfaction; Identify and clarify management objectives and operational system needs; Observe current operational systems and gather and analyze information regarding each component of the system; Define data requirements and gather and validate operational information; Specify manipulative or computational methods to be applied to operational models; Design, conduct, and evaluate experimental operational models when models cannot be developed from existing data; Formulate mathematical or simulation models of operational problems, including constants, variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and numerical parameters; Perform periodic validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary; Study and analyze information regarding alternative courses of action; Use mathematical modeling to track process improvements; Prepare reports advising departments and management on the impact of different courses of action to address operational issues; Collaborate with Market Research Analysts to prepare data analysis reports; Prepare reports of findings and present results to management of various departments; Collaborate with management to ensure successful implementation of selected problem solutions.
