Responsibilities:
The Operations Research Analyst will assist with building and automating business applications and processes to streamline operations and enable actionable insights for a major Government entity managing installation and facility data at the headquarters level.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the required knowledge, skills, and experience to support data analytics, Power Platform development, automation, and Government facility data management requirements.
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.

This is a remote position supporting Government installation and facility data management requirements. The position may include onsite support at military installations to finalize issues that cannot be resolved through teleconference or video communications. Travel to locations inside and outside of the Continental United States may be required with advance notification.
Language & Communication Skills: Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be fluent in English. The role requires the ability to document requirements, prepare technical summaries, support end-user training, communicate with business stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Other Skills: Instructions: Strong computer and analytical skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, data modeling, dashboard creation, business process automation, ETL processes, data integration, data transformation, and data quality management. Familiarity with the Army Enterprise Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) and the BUILDER platform is preferred.
