Job Summary
The role is responsible for processing utility account updates, conducting investigations related to billing and service records, and maintaining accurate daily reporting. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining data accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
- Process consecutive estimate (ZM20) terminations accurately and within established timelines
- Conduct investigations for inactive flat-rate sewer-only premises
- Complete flat-rate move-out BPEM processing (ZC79)
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily consecutive estimate reports
- Review account information and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding account updates and processing inquiries
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
