Shift: Shift 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday, fully onsite each day
Description
As an Operations Services Associate, you’ll embark on a rewarding journey of professional growth in a fast-paced production environment.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in servicing, supporting, and mitigating risks for property loans.

Your primary responsibilities will center on high-volume document processing, meticulously following specific, detailed instructions for each package, and performing final verification to guarantee exceptional accuracy in a zero-error tolerance environment.
You will be responsible for organizing and preparing finalized packages for secure delivery to various Taxing Authorities while meeting strict daily deadlines.

Job Duties- Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
- Handle high volumes of live checks by accurately printing and matching them with corresponding reports.
- Meticulously follow detailed instructions for each package to ensure all contents are correct and compliant for dispatch.
- Perform final quality control verification of matched checks and reports to guarantee accuracy.
- Organize and prepare finalized packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities.
- Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet strict daily deadlines.
- Effectively manage time, set priorities, and concentrate on main objectives to meet all established deadlines.
- Adhere to all required company and client-driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Duties may vary based on area of focus (e.G., Payments, Refunds, Correspondence).
Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required;college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience, or relevant education in lieu of experience.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday, 9: 00 AM to 6: 00 PM.
- Availability to work during peak periods around the holidays as required by business needs.
- Client service-oriented experience preferred.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
- Ability to manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate computer skills with a strong aptitude to learn new systems and applications.
- Ability to understand basic property-related documentation from a variety of sources.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize information and resolve problems.
- Strong detail-orientation to process data accurately.
- Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
