Overview: We are seeking an Operations Software Engineer to support and maintain integration platforms and APIs within a Microsoft technology environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, BizTalk, and .NET, along with strong production support and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integration platforms and APIs.
Provide production and operational support for integration services.
Ensure platform security, performance, reliability, and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Recommend improvements and best practices for integration platforms.
Support solution lifecycle management and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
Experience in software operations, production support, or integration engineering.
Hands-on experience with Azure, BizTalk, and .NET.
Experience with APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
