The Operations Specialist supports the operational effectiveness of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office by partnering closely with the Market Operations Leader (Senior Operations Manager) and providing direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Principal and market leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent, well-managed office environment and in enabling day-to-day business execution across the market.The Operations Specialist helps coordinate core office operations including facilities and workplace services, vendor and purchasing support, meeting and event logistics, communications and administrative coordination, and select financial and data management activities. The role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, professional services environment.This role does not include direct people management responsibilities. It offers broad exposure to market operations and can serve as a strong foundation for future growth within Market Operations for high-performing individuals.Job Description

This position requires on-site presence at minimum four (4) days weekly, working in office with colleagues to maximize collaboration and efficiency.
