Operations-focused role supporting Trust Relationship Managers, Trust Officers, and leadership on a high-priority, long-term project within Wealth and Private Banking. Responsible for high-volume data entry and documentation, including entering financial information, maintaining accurate case notes, and reviewing records for errors. Coordinates cash and securities transfers, asset movements, fund changes, liquidations, and account terminations with front-office and operations teams.
A successful Operations Specialist should have: Strong typing speed, accuracy, and data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, with good time management and prioritization skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and able to learn new systems quickly. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent administrative experience. Banking, brokerage, trust operations, or securities experience is preferred but not required.
