The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support field operations within an office setting. The various tasks may include but are not limited to, monitoring compliance workloads, analyzing data and utilizing reports, creating work orders, requesting permits, fielding calls from customers and field employees, and providing daily support to company and contracted field employees. The Operations Specialist will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular area, works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.

Job Duties:
Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs to help support field operations.
Support operations and capital workloads and projects within an office setting
Monitoring workloads to satisfy customer service requests and compliance requirements
Analyzing data and forecasting
Creating work orders and assigning to field personnel
Updating of company systems
Direct line of support to field personnel
Coordinating with shop management
Navigates and utilize various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system related information.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 %2B years Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
5 %2B years Identifying and implementing solutions to problems.
High School Diploma, HSED or GED
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multitask
