Job description:
In this role, the Operations Specialist I provides the first level of customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating prompt, and thorough attention to issues and requests. Work within the existing warehouse management systems to track and account for each customer order and communicate between customer and facility staff.

Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED and two years’ related experience.
· Experience in distribution/fulfillment environment is preferred.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/ Warehouse Management System (WMS)
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to cross train others
· Excellent data entry skills. Ability to pay close attention to detail for typing, filing, sorting and proofing.
· Must be able to be professional at all time and flexible with changing situations.
· Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
