Operations Specialist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Operations Specialist. The position manages an assigned portfolio of properties throughout the entire HOA process—from identifying the HOA through obtaining payoff information and completing ongoing account maintenance.

The Operations Specialist I supports operational processes to help clients meet applicable local, county, and state laws, as well as investor and insurer requirements, within statutory and contractual timeframes. This is an entry-level role designed for someone to learn products, services, clients, and compliance requirements while carrying out assigned processes accurately and on time.

The Operations Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Review client and loan information to confirm that all information needed for processing has been provided.
• Monitor records, deadlines, and activities in relevant systems and databases to support timely compliance.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and calls from internal and external customers.
• Request assignments, follow up on their status, and review completed work for accuracy and the correct process.
• Provide accurate registration status updates to management and clients upon request.
• Research loan records with unclear or potentially inaccurate information, including property addresses, vesting information, and city or county requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and other contacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional conduct and a commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to identify problems, reason through them, and work toward solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Physical and Work Requirements:

• Ability to remain seated or standing at a workstation for approximately 50% of the workday.
• Ability to move around the office occasionally to access files and office equipment.

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
