Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality control and streamlined workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Get tasks done urgently and efficiently
- Manage and Establish vendor relationships and negotiate prices to support business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across all locations.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of operations experience, previous management experience preferred
- High school degree required; experience in the insurance or tax preparation industry is preferred.
- Strong strategic vision and excellent communication skills.
- Urgency to get tasks done as quickly as possible
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if ever needed
