Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Operations Specialist (Level I) for their Dallas, TX location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing.
  • The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager or Lead and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.
  • Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS
  • Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
  • Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to strict processing deadlines
 
Requirements:
  • Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
