Job Title: Sr. Customer Service Representative
Location: Pennington, NJ (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration: 11-Month Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Rate: $23.44/hr (W2)

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Customer Service Representative to support transaction processing and operational functions within a banking environment. This role involves handling account-related transactions, processing incoming mail (including deposits), and delivering high-quality service to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions, reconciliations, and account-related activities per established procedures
  • Handle mail operations including sorting, distribution, and deposit processing
  • Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and accuracy
  • Conduct basic research and resolve routine requests in a timely manner
  • Identify operational issues and escalate risks or complex cases as needed
  • Provide general operational and administrative support
