Job Title: Sr. Customer Service Representative
Location: Pennington, NJ (100% onsite – 5 days/week, no exceptions)
Duration: 5-month contract
Pay Rate: $23.44/hr W2
Job Summary:
The Sr. Customer Service Representative supports banking operations by processing standard transactions, handling mail and deposits, and providing operational support to internal teams and external clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while escalating risks or complex issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Process standard transactions, reconciliations, and asset movements per defined procedures
Handle mail processing, including deposits, sorting, and distribution
Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels with professionalism
Perform basic research, follow-ups, and resolution of routine requests
Identify and escalate operational issues or potential risks
Provide general operational and administrative support
