Responsibilities:
The Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Payment Control Operations Team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting and administering defined procedures
Routine analytics
Creating reports
Completing exception processing
Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions
May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services
Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes
Requirements:
The candidate needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, organized, and able to work through large volumes, when needed.
Fundamental understanding of Microsoft office applications
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business
Ability to problem solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
