Operations Specialist (Level III)

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Operations Specialist (Level III) for their Plano, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• The Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Payment Control Operations Team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Supporting and administering defined procedures
• Routine analytics
• Creating reports
• Completing exception processing
• Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions
• May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services
• Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes

Requirements:

• The candidate needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, organized, and able to work through large volumes, when needed.
• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft office applications
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business
• Ability to problem solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
• Ability to multi-task.
